Black Hole Sun

Black Hole Sun

Yes I did get my inspiration from the Soundgarden song. :)

This photo is unique in that the light source in this photo is opposite on purpose. I created the photo with proper light first as if the "sun" was the light source as a real sun would be. But then I reversed it to get the effect that a black hole sun (or a blacked out sun) would create darkness rather than light.

So sometimes when people look at this photo they get confused at the shadows or the light, but its all done on purpose to show that everything the black hole sun touches creates shadows rather then light :)
